Welcome to the Tarot Journal app (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App. The App is designed for personal and entertainment purposes only.

2. Definitions

   • App: The Tarot Journal mobile application.

   • User: Anyone who accesses or uses the App.

   • Content: All information, data, text, graphics, and other materials provided by the App or created by the User within the App.

   • Reading: A tarot reading entry created by the User.

   • Digital Deck: A digital representation of a tarot card deck that can be used in the App.

3. User Accounts

Users may access the App via Apple authentication on iOS devices and Google authentication on Android devices. By creating an account, Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are accountable for all activities that occur under their account.

The App enables Users to:

   • Receive AI-generated tarot readings.

   • Purchase a supporter’s title.

Users agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Any misuse of the App or its features in violation of applicable laws or these Terms is prohibited.

5. Content

Users can create entries called "Readings," which represent their tarot readings. These Readings are stored locally on the User's device and are not shared or stored on any external servers by the App.

6. Privacy

The App does not collect any personal data except the User's authentication email. This email is used solely for account verification and management purposes.

7. Support Packages

The App offers five lifetime support packages, which function as donations. These packages are optional, as Users can access the full functionality of the App without purchasing them:

• Ace of Supporters: $1.99

• Page of Supporters: $3.99

• Knight of Supporters: $5.99

• Queen of Supporters: $7.99

• King of Supporters: $9.99

Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS devices, as well as Google Play In-App Purchase, PayPal, and Momo on Android devices. Refund requests must be submitted within one week of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Accuracy: The App provides entertainment and personal use services and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of tarot readings.

Limitation of Liability: The App and its creators are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App. Users agree to use the App at their own risk.

9. Termination

Users may terminate their account and use of the App by sending an email to tarotjournal1111@gmail.com or fill this form. Upon termination, Users will no longer have access to their account and any associated Content.
